Tomato Basil Soup

Roma
tomatoes
Tomato Juice
Large fresh
Basil leaves
Nondairy
milk
Nondairy
butter
Salt & pepper,
to taste
Boil
tomatoes to peel them then combine with other ingredients into the blender. We
add more basil leaves that the recipe usually asks for and we have never added butter It is still excellent. Some soups
are even better the next day. This is
one of them.
We usually eat
this with our grilled cheese sandwich (see tomorrow’s post).
This is a
very good recipe book you need to look at it.
