Cinnamon Roasted Cauliflower

Olive oil
Sea salt, to taste 

Mix cornmeal, cinnamon & sea salt together. 
Chop cauliflower into bite size pieces then add oil
Toss cauliflower/oil into dry mix then transfer to baking pan.
I kept thinking cinnamon was a sweet spice since it in the cookies, etc. It’s not of course.  But it does add a lot to the recipe. This is an odd recipe but worth trying.  The cauliflower was very tender & good.

  1. I recently made roasted cauli for the first time but I used cashew cheese. I am liking this flavor too! I am beginning to really like the versatility of cauliflower.
