Sweet Potatoes/Yukon Potatoes with Artichoke

White potato/Sweet
potato
Vegan
margarine
Nondairy
milk
Chives
Pinch of
cinnamon/Pinch of nutmeg
Agave
Make
potatoes, form in small bowl with white potatoes on top and sweet
potatoes on bottom of bowl. Let set to
firm. Then drop
potatoes onto a plate and add decoration.
We added a
small purple artichoke on top that made it really nice. They were pretty good
potatoes, too.
