Golden Chickpea & Artichoke Salad

Cooked chickpeas & artichoke hearts in little oil
 sliced almonds
lemon juice, salt, fresh parsley

Combine all ingredients.

We have loved this recipe for a long time. When we were first becoming vegans from being vegetarians for many years this book of recipes was heaven sent. Thank you Lauren Ulm
