Vegan MoFo - Roman Burgers





We were attracted to this recipe because of the zucchini, red pepper, and carrots. It is always nice to find a veggie burger that has a wide array of veggies and not just beans. This recipe calls for Roman beans. I couldn’t find them so I substituted pinto beans instead. I’m sure it would work with any bean you chose. It has a great flavor and actually stays together pretty good. We don’t normally eat burgers with bread instead we eat them as an entrée.   1. i've never found roman beans before, but that's great the burgers were just yummy using pinto beans. they look great and i'm going to have to try out the recipe. i've made a few recipes from The Vegan Chef and have yet to be disappointed!
