This has become one of our favorite places to go. It is the only entirely vegan restaurant near my home. Plus most of the omni restaurants that have great vegan options seem to be closer to downtown. Since we live in Far North Dallas it is just much easier to visit CafĂ© Elite. I’m not complaining. This is a restaurant owned by the followers of Supreme Master Ching Hai. Whatever your thoughts are of them they have some great food. We always get the summer rolls (carrots, cucumbers, lettuce, rice noodles & avocado in rice paper served with almond hoisin dipping sauce) and a Portobella wrap (Flour tortilla wrapped with portabella mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, & tomatoes served with soup and a salad).
From their website…
Here at Cafe Elite, our goal is to be organic. So, we use organic ingredients whenever possible, bought fresh for your enjoyment. We do not serve or use animal products in our meals, including dairy products such as cream or cheese. The cheese used in our dishes is a product of Daiya, and we use soymilk in the place of regular milk. Food is not cooked until you order it, and most of our sauces are made in house, except for our Hoisin sauce, Sriracha sauce, and Soy sauce. We're still new, so if there is something you feel we could do better, feel free to let us know! All of us at Cafe Elite want to serve you tasty, healthy food with a smile.
