We will be attending the Vida Vegan Blogger Conference in Portland. We are really excited to be meeting everyone from the great blogs that we follow. When we get back we will make a better effort at contributing to this blog and making it look much much better. I'm sure we will be getting a lot of inspiration. Mother's Day 2011

For Mother's Day, Momma Veg decided that she wanted a Thanksgiving-like meal. It turned out great and was really delicious.

Here is what we had:

• Cornbread Dressing w/ gravy
• Mushrooms (soaked in tamari)
• Green Breans
• Asparagus
• Cranberry sauce in an orange
• Sweet Potatoes with Sweet and Sara marshmellows

Birthday Lunch - January 2011
